Nutritionist Alice

Chicken and Small Animal Feed Specialist

As a little girl, Alice dreamt of having a farm with chickens, horses, goats, sheep and every animal you could imagine. When the chance arose to move out of the city and into the Oregon countryside, she expanded on her childhood dream and in 2001 started a small business that formulated and milled specialized feeds using local, sustainable ingredients. Since then, she has developed dozens of nutritious feed formulas for many animals, including guinea pigs, bunnies and chickens. Small Pet Select looks to her family-owned business for ethically sourced, clean and green feeds.

Dr. Noëlle Webb

Exotic Veterinary

Dr. Noëlle Webb earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in 2018. With a lifelong passion for exotic and zoological medicine, she completed an internship in exotic companion animal medicine and emergency care at the Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine in Washington before practicing small animal and exotic medicine in British Columbia.

Now based in Halifax, Dr. Webb is a Fear Free™ certified veterinarian with professional interests in small mammal dentistry, microsurgery, hematology, and evidence-based medicine. She is a member of several exotic veterinary associations and was recently honored with the NSVMA Young Veterinarian Award for her contributions to expanding exotic veterinary care in Nova Scotia.

Dr. Lyle Cleary, DVM

Associate Veterinarian & Reptile Enthusiast

Dr. Cleary’s passion for reptiles and exotics has carried him around the globe—from Tufts University to the Australian Reptile Park and the Madras Crocodile Bank in India. With nearly a decade of advanced training, research, and hands-on experience, he has become a trusted expert in both clinical care and surgery for exotic pets.

His home is just as lively as his practice, filled with Argentine Tegus, a Black-Throated Monitor, newts, and even a one-eyed boxer. His lifelong dedication shines through in every pet he treats and every family he supports.

Dr. Sehna

Exotic Pet Veterinarian

Dr. Sneha is a Seattle native and a UW alum. She returned to the Seattle area in 2024 after living in every time zone in the US. She completed vet school at Colorado state where she focused on zoo/exotic medicine. Her interest in exotic medicine led her to the Bronx Zoo, where she worked on conservation in an endangered species of swine called Babirusa. After vet school, she completed a small animal rotating internship on the east coast followed by a year long exotics specialty internship with a focus in avian medicine. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin, making Tik Tok videos, and performing Indian Classical Dance with a local dance troupe. She has 3 rescued guinea pigs, 4 chickens, and a dog.
