Our Sampler Hay Box contains 2lbs. each of 2nd cutting “perfect blend” Timothy, 3rd cutting “super soft” Timothy, Oat hay, and Orchard hay.

Mmmmmm. Remember, our little animals naturally eat a wide variety of grasses, so they sure appreciate variety.  

If you’re wondering how the hay types in our sampler box compare to other types of hay, we’re here to help. We explain many of the different types of hay here, but to summarize, the most common types are Timothy hay (1st, 2nd, and 3rd cutting), alfalfa hay, orchard hay, and oat hay. Different types of hay have different characteristics, so it’s important to understand the profiles of each to meet your pet’s needs.

This cutting process is unique only to this product.  When purchasing the single hay in various sizes, those flakes will be larger with longer blades in comparison and just as tasty!
