Choose how often you’d like to receive your items. We offer flexible delivery option that you can change at any time.
That’s it! After you check out, your order is placed. We’ll arrive on your doorstep on the day of delivery with your goodies.
Never worry about running out of must-haves. We’ll automatically send and charge your account for new shipments on a regularly scheduled basis (or one you customize to fit your needs). Stress-free delivery. We don't think it gets any better than that.
Discounts of up to 10% off. Auto-ship saves you money on products that you’ll always need.
Change or cancel anytime. Change your mind? No problem. Change your order! On your account, you can easily change what we deliver, how often we deliver it, or where we deliver to.

All of our products are eligible for auto-ship. Plus you get a discount on most auto-shipped products with every order. The discounts are:
Pet Essentials (hay, pellets, bedding, etc.) — 10% off.
Most Bundles (many products together) — 5% off.

Auto-Ship orders are billed automatically to the credit card you specify on your order.
After your order has been placed, you can make changes using the "Manage Auto-Ship Orders" on your account page or by contacting Customer Service.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover as an Auto-Ship form of payment.
To update your auto-ship shipping address, please log into your account and select "manage my auto-ship." Or, if easier and time-sensitive, contact customer service to make the change for you.
*Updating your one-time purchase account profile doesn't automatically update your auto-ship account.

Even though there's currently no auto-ship discount associated with products other than hay, bedding, and pellets (discounted up to 15% with the auto-ship option). We believe that time = money, and auto-ship orders save time. And they give you peace of mind... that your small animal won't run out of any of their favorite things. And that's priceless!
Auto-Ship is available for most products, however, only hay, bedding and food pellet products are discounted. Availability is noted in the product description.
Using our "Manage your Auto-Ship" feature on your account page, you can:
- Customize your delivery schedule
- Cancel your order
- Change your shipping address
- Update the credit card billing information
If a problem should occur when processing your auto-ship order (credit card is expired or declined), we will notify you via email requesting your help so that we can get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Three days prior to every scheduled Auto-Ship order, you will receive an upcoming notification email including product details, shipping, and billing information. You have until midnight EST the day before your order is to process to make any changes. If all looks good and no changes are needed, no action needs to be taken; your order will ship as planned on the scheduled date.
It's pretty easy, really. Plus, you'll never have to worry about running out of your "must-haves" for your small pet. We will automatically send and charge your account for a new shipment on a regularly scheduled basis or one you customize to fit your needs.

- If you don't see a product you want that's available in the regular store, just ask Customer Service to add it.
- Coupon codes/Rewards points/Military Discounts/Store Credits can only be used on 1-time orders, NOT Auto-Ship as they are already discounted.
